Smile Foundation is a community-driven charity providing social assistance to the people who need it most — seniors living alone, low-income families, newcomers, people facing illness or disability, and anyone going through a hard season of life.
Rising grocery and rent costs mean more families than ever are skipping meals or struggling quietly. We believe nobody should have to face that alone. Headquartered in Athens, Greece, we now reach communities in 16 countries across Europe, North America and Oceania. In every country, our local teams and volunteers bring food, care and practical help directly to people's homes and neighbourhoods — adapting every program to the challenges each country faces.
Our approach is simple: listen first, help quickly, and treat every person with dignity. Help is free, confidential and open to everyone who needs it.
